At Ebb & Flo Birthing Services, our Birth Doula services are designed to provide personalized care and guidance during the transformative journey of childbirth. Each birth experience is unique, and my goal is to support you every step of the way, whether you choose a complete birth package or labor-only support.

• Emotional, Physical, and Personalized Support: Compassionate care tailored to your needs, including comfort measures and techniques to ease labor.

• Education and Resources: Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions about your care.

• Advocacy: Empowering you to confidently advocate for yourself with your care team, while also offering direct support when needed. 

• Inclusive Care: Inclusive Care: Dedicated support for individuals and families of all backgrounds, including Black, Indigenous, Brown, LGBTQ+ communities, and those living with disabilities. My practice is rooted in respect, understanding, and adaptability to ensure that every person feels valued and empowered during their childbirth experience.

With a complete birth package, you’ll receive:

• Prenatal visits to prepare for labor and delivery.

• Continuous support during labor and birth.

• Postpartum follow-up to check in on your healing and adjustment.

• A healing ceremony/circle of support  to honor your journey.
